- Developed a 45,000 SF Commercial Office Condominium consisting of construction of two 3-story office buildings, site work and utilities. The project is known as Airport Professional Centre, located in West Palm Beach Florida.
- Developed, Built and Sold a 36 unit condominium project. The development consisted of Planning, Zoning, Permitting, Site Development, and Building. The construction consisted of building three 8-story oceanfront buildings, underground utilities, road construction, and constructing site amenities, including a commercial clubhouse and pool, tennis courts, site walls, landscaping and parking lots. The project is known as Jupiter by the Sea Condominium.
- Developed, and built a 320 unit luxury rental complex. The development consisted of Planning, Zoning, Permitting, Site Development and Building. The construction consisted of building twelve 3-story buildings containing 20 units each, underground utilities, road construction, and constructing site amenities, including a commercial clubhouse and pool, tennis courts, site walls, landscaping and parking lots. The project was known as Polo Chase in Palm Beach County. The project received 8 awards for professional achievement in lifestyle and marketing. The name was later changed to Solara.
- Developed, built and sold a 107 lot subdivision. The development consisted of Planning, Zoning, Permitting and Building. The construction consisted of excavating lakes, constructing underground utilities, road construction, and constructing site amenities, including a commercial clubhouse and pool, tennis court, site walls, landscaping and parking lots. The project is known as Gateway Gardens, which is located in Palm Beach County.
- Developed and sold a 6.25 acre Mixed Use Planned Commercial Development, consisting of 60,000 SF of Commercial, Retail and Office space. The project is known as LeChalet, MUPD, located in Palm Beach County.
- Developed and Built a townhouse project consisting of four buildings which totals 31 units. The project is completed. It was held as a rental property that was owned and operated by David Seach, later converted to condominiums and sold. The project is known as Poinciana Place Villas.
